Returns

We ensure that all items and products are checked before mailing out. 

To be eligible for a return with refund, your item must be defected and in the same condition that you received it. The return must also be in the original packaging. Do drop us an email at blissnaturalco@gmail.com with your order number, details of product, reasons for return with photos for verification. Return requests must be made within 5 days of order receipt. Unfortunately we are not able to offer you a return if 5 days have gone by upon your receipt nor do we accept returns without our prior approval. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Upon return, your item will be inspected. 

Refunds (where applicable)

Upon receipt of your return, your item will be inspected. An email notification will be sent to you to inform of our receipt of your returned item. If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, please allow up to 30 days for your credit to be reflected on your credit card statement and up to 14 days for other original method of payment. You will also be notified on the approval or rejection of your refund. 

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you would like to exchange it for a different item, kindly drop us an email at blissnaturalco@gmail.com. Please note that the customer will be responsible for shipping costs both ways. Upon return, your item will be inspected. Your requested exchange item will be mailed to you at your cost provided there are no damages to the original item.

Sale items

Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items and items used with promotional code will not be valid for exchange or refund.
